Services we offer
We work hard everyday to master our scope of services by continuing our education in new & improved methods. Our attention to detail, patience, & consideration of our clients space is what separates us from the competition. Longtime relationships are built by doing what's "right" and not what is "easier" on and off the job.
Heating & Air Conditioning
Don’t let common air conditioning problems leave you sweating it out. Our technicians can quickly diagnose and address your AC repair issues and return your business to comfort in no time. If new installation is needed, we can determine the type of air conditioners your business needs, how many units to purchase, and their location on your property.
Heating equipment is complicated, and when one component malfunctions it can easily affect the entire system. When it comes to replacing your worn out commercial furnace, including boilers, heat pumps, and geothermal heating solutions, we will help you determine the best option for efficiency and your budget.
We service and install many different units that come in a variety of sizes from small display cases to entire refrigerated warehouses. Industries such as restaurants, florists, and food processing companies commonly use refrigeration.
Commercial refrigeration units are designed to increase the amount of cold air that remains in the system. This protects the environment by requiring that the units use less of the chemicals, such as the hydrochlorofluorocarbons that are needed for the refrigeration process, while helping the business owner save money on the cost of operating these units. Most types of modern commercial refrigeration units are built to prevent leaks between the walls which helps to eliminate wasted coolant.
Air Filtration & Ventilation
The process of "changing" or replacing air in any space to provide high indoor air quality which involves temperature control, oxygen replenishment, and removal of moisture, odors, smoke, heat, dust, airborne bacteria, and carbon dioxide. Ventilation removes unpleasant smells and excessive moisture, introduces outside air, keeps interior building air circulating, and prevents stagnation of the interior air.
Ventilation includes both the exchange of air to the outside as well as circulation of air within the building. It is one of the most important factors for maintaining acceptable indoor air quality in buildings.
Boilers use a simple method for providing heat to a space: using hot water (sometimes steam) to warm up an object so that the heat waves radiating off it raise the temperature of other objects in the room—including people.
Some of the advantages include
Fewer repair needs
Better indoor air quality
Coolers & Freezers
These are primarily used to cool or freeze raw and cooked foods for daily production and inventory preservation. They are manufactured in standard sizes, but can be customized or built into kitchens and supermarkets. They may be placed inside or outside a building, built with or without floors and may contain in-place or remote condensers.
Quality door designs are vital to the effective use of walk-ins, as doors receive the maximum stress during use. Rigid, reinforced door frames and heavy-duty hinges provide maximum durability. They are fitted with self-contained refrigeration systems where the evaporator coil and compressor/condenser are mounted together on a frame, interconnected with pre-charged refrigeration lines and mounted on a ceiling or sidewall.
Indoor comfort and air quality can be compromised by poor insulation, failing windows, leaky doorways, loose ductwork, or mechanical issues relating to HVAC systems.
With thermal imager in hand,we get to see the heating and cooling issues in a whole new way. We are able to check air balance easier, locate air leaks and misrouted ductwork, quickly determine if the failure could threaten human health or safety, property, productivity or the product itself, check for weatherization and other wasteful energy loss issues to confirm it’s not the furnace or AC that’s the culprit.
Ensure safe, efficient operation, and prevent unexpected issues before they occur with professional inspection and routine maintenance at least once per year – before the heating season begins.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our metal team fabricates ductwork of any shape or size in our own shop. Whether you need rectangular or spiral, kitchen exhaust or heavy gauge work, we offer the highest quality product. Our shop and installation teams work together to ensure the correct material is on-site when needed and prefabricated when possible for efficient project completion.
GeoThermal Heat Pumps
A geothermal heat pump is a central heating and/or cooling system that transfers heat to or from the ground. It uses the earth as a heat source (in the winter) or a heat sink (in the summer). This design takes advantage of the moderate temperatures in the ground to boost efficiency and reduce the operational costs of heating and cooling systems, and may be combined with solar heating to form a geosolar system with even greater efficiency.
Ground source heat pumps are also known as "geothermal heat pumps" although, strictly, the heat does not come primarily from the centre of the Earth, but from the Sun. . The temperature in the ground below 6 metres (20 ft) is roughly equal to the mean annual air temperature at that latitude at the surface.
HVAC Remote Access
Today it's no longer a matter of just modifying set points and schedules, but rather, how does my HVAC infrastructure interface with the rest of my facilities and work-flow? How do I invest in efficiency? How do I tie it all together? We know that you have to evaluate and understand the big picture as there are countless factors to consider, from security to access to protocols to interoperability to integration and more - we're here to help you figure it out.
